Also props to Elektron for all the free patches lately.

I have a lot of sweet pads there in my sound library, and loaded the Biopads. Just out of curiosity - is there a way I can tell what the new ones are?
they’re all new. they say BIO before the patch name. you can specify the dump location when uploading to your A4/AK.
thanks everyone, hope you like em!

Thank you Biologik.
That pack contains some really well-crafted patches!
And let the AF to show up some of its beautiful timbres.
Not sure what I’m doing wrong, but, I attempted installing biopads and then searched for the patches using “bio” as search term. Nothing came up.
However, the C6 software seemed to pass data from my laptop. I can’t seem to find the patches. What might I be doing wrong?
thanks

I normally choose a bank manually.
Sysex receive, then choose +drive sound and select a bank (A-P).

Describe how you transfer the data into the A4.
On the computer:
=> connect the A4 to the computer via USB
=> launch C6 program, load the sound file into it
(=> ensure the A4 is well recognise by pressing the configure button)
On the A4
=> You have to go in the global menu / sysex receive / + drive sound
=> Then Choose a bank (numbers in parenthesis indicate how much slots are availables for a bank, ex: BANK D (256) means that the D bank is empy)
=> press enter : A “WAITING DATA” should light.
On the computer:
=> press the send button from the C6 software

You should select the correct Bank then perform the manual search.
If the A4 /AK ever received the syx

Hey Biologik,
I finally sat down and worked through some of your sounds. Many thanks for these.
It may be quite subtle, but I really liked the Norse one, can’t remember the exact name, not in front of my AK right now. I’m going to use it for a root note backing track on a stripped down song that’s mainly acoustic guitar.
Minimalism to the maximum!
