Greetings !
It has been a while, but here is another OT tip video
This one covers an interesting use of the comb filter, as well as neighbor tracks for effect chaining, and applying LFO’s to effect parameters.
Enjoy !

GREAT !!! Like all the other videos…
Thanx a lot !
woa! dude… nice effort and great tutorial
much appreciated and the way you did the video kills it. this is fantastic. thanks very much for the great work!
edit: just realising how great they all are. one even gave me a ‘my little pony’ advert beforehand… many thanks again!
looks fun and sounds great.
makes want an OT
Great addition to your tutorial series! I love how the sound is totally deconstructed in about a minute.
Thank you everyone for watching and commenting
Sorry about the Little Pony adverts, I suppose that’s targeted marketing at its best !
Experimenting with the OT is fun indeed, it never ceases to inspire me. The way it turns mundane samples into crazy little worlds makes it a must in my writing setup.
Cheers, and I’m always open to suggestions for upcoming tutorials !
I know it might take a while but i would like to suggest a tutorial regarding different track composing techniques…
Some people use the OT instead of the DAW, in this case you have to choose if is better pattern or song mode… Then you have to deal with eq for differents channel plus one eq or other effects in the master when needed or used…
Somebody else instead builds pattern and put them into their DAW like Live 9 for accurate editing and track composing…
If video number 9 will be all about that could be a nice and interessino one !!!
Many thanks
This is great stuff, thank you. Hope to see some more
awesome stuff!
Turning a percussion loop into the nastiest bassline with two filters and an LFO… well done!

Thank you for the suggestion, I’ll keep that in mind
Cheers !
Many thanks for your work. Without your videos i couldn’t learn my octatrack so fast although I feel still like a newbie.
Especially the midi-video blowed my mind and got me into sythesizer sequencing fun heaven
Downloaded all and watched them more then one time
Really great material!!
Heya !
Glad to hear that these have been helpful
The only reason I’m making them is to get people excited about the OT (and now the A4).
Let’s hear some of your stuff
Cheers !
Thanks Jon !
Keep making these wonderful boxes
