Hmmm, you mean the sounds assigned to channels 14-16 do not sound? Not positive but the global midi channel might be overridden in sequencer mode as each part is automatically assigned a midi channel. Have you scrolled over to parts 14-16 to make sure the volumes are turned up? I’ll fiddle with my Virus after work to see if I have the same issue.

In the Sequencer mode on the Digitakt midi channels, parameter 16 was set (like on Virus).
It is interesting to know the settings that allow you to transfer midi-notes from Digitakt to Virus.

I would be very grateful for your answer.

All of those distortion algorithms added at the end of the virus updates are pretty awesome for a lot of different growling and squelchy flavors.

Makes sense because Kemper moved on to amp modeling and distortions for guitars. Almost like the Virus was a testing ground for the future of guitar amp/distortion models that his interest had turned to.

OT is one of the better Elektron devices to pair with the Virus because of the poly sequencing.

That said, the Digitone is also a great pairing.

Though I’m using my Pyramid with it more often lately.

Not sure what you mean by “parameter 16” but I just tested my Digitakt with my TI in sequencer mode. Whatever midi channel I set one of the DT’s midi channels to automatically corresponded with a part on the Virus (which are locked to corresponding midi channels). Specifically, I used midi track C on the DT, pressed func+the channel knob (A) on the src page to enable and then experimented changing channels. Remember, if you’re in sequencer mode you also have to use the part buttons to scroll to the correct channel/part.
