If anybody is confused by my Roland TR-330 chains they are round robin samples. You are going to want to use an LFO to switch up which slice gets fired every time you trigger the sound.

Skeptics should try making a beat with a couple of the sounds and then using the crossfader to zero out the depth of the slice start LFOs. It really sounds different, especially the noise in the hats and snare.
