Octatrack rate out of tune

Hi guys! im having an issue with my OT. In my set i have some songs where i have an acoustic guitar sliced playing at rate +63 on scene A and rate -64 on scene B (to go in reverse). This always works fine until yesterday, now when i go to Scene B (rate -64) the acoustic guitar is out of tune (not in the same tune as in +63). Do you know why this is happening?

First step: crossfader calibration:

There is a crossfader calibration procedure.

1. enter Test Mode (Hold Function + Power On)
2. hold Function + Scene B while moving the crossfader across the entire range. The trigs should be green on trig 1 and trig 16 once you reach the full range on either side.
3. reboot normally.
