Octatrack Pattern Question

Hello…

I have a question about sampling and patterns:

Is ther a way to quickly reset my pattern just like reloading scenes (Func+Cue)??

In my liveset im sampling external synths and playback the loop in a prepared pattern with linear slice locks.
as i jam with it and move triggers around and add additional parameter locks on the fly its really hard for me
to quickly go back to my original pattern (move back triggers, delete parameter locks, add linear slice locks again)…

How can i handle this??

Please help…

Thanks in advance…

Save the part and then Func+Reload

thx for the answer…

but does this reload my triggs if i change the pattern…??

sry i cant try it by myself currently…

save the part and reload it in realtime/ live doesnt goes wwll because of the little gap needed to reload.
i would save the clean pattern and part separatly:
pattern 1- part 1 original
pattern 2- part 2 jam
save your project before you go mad with pattern 2 and relaod the project before you go jamming.
if you want to do it multiple times while you play live go to pattern 1 and while part 1 is active reload part 2. then you can switch again to pattern 2.
a similar function like in the machinedrum would be wellcome.

The best thing i can think off, is to copy the pattern to another loaction before messing with it
that way youve got a “virgin” copy to go back to!

i think i´ll try it that way…

thanks to all…
