Octatrack Parameters altering other equipment

Right now, I have my OT MD and A4 set up for auto-midi control, hoping it would just send the clock and start/stop. However, right now, if I’m changing the pitch on one of my samples, it’s changing the pitch on one of my percussion elements on the MD.

So, it looks like I’m going to have to manually configure my midi-mapping(if that’s the correct term).

Since the issue I’m having is hard to actually phrase for google to lead me to my answer, I’m hoping one of you fine people might be able to help me out?

And sense it looks like I’m manualy configuring things for one piece to send the information to the other two, would it be much more difficult to send pattern-change information as well?

Thanks

Try deactivating AUDIO CC OUT and AUDIO NOTE OUT.

In the MIDI menu, under CONTROL
Make sure Audio CC is not set to Ext.

I turn off all of these.
Audio CC In
Audio CC Out
Audio Note In
Audio Note Out

page 41 of the manual.
