The Electribe Sampler just arrived yesterday, and I am loving this combo already.
Electribe is preloaded with samples, super easy to use, and not a ton of $$
I think the number one reason I got it was because I was tired of not being able to play chords on the octatrack without setting up sample chains.
Anyone else tried this combo yet?
I have the synth version and I’m thinking of getting the sampler version to complement my OT. I love the OT for playing loops and sample mangling but one thing it can’t do easily is play chords using the samples. I want to be able to sample my guitar ,piano or any sounds and play it like an instrument.
I like the synth version for its portability and the sounds. It has some issues but for the money, you can’t beat it.
I was playing with one over the weekend. Feels good. I’d be interested to hear how you get on with it. Videos would be rad!
