So, i received my OTMII at release, and have been using the unit moderately.
The A encoder/pot/knob is not pressable/pushable anymore, it’s like the plastic knob is to deep, when i press it, the knob just stops at the chassi.
I wouldn’t say that i have been harsh or misshandled the device in any way, could this be factory related? I also noticed that it’s a bit less precocious compared to the other encoders.
Anyone else here with the same issues?
So, will Elektron repair the unit? How long does it usually take?
