I recently got an OT mk1 and i have instruments plugged in to a, b, c and d inputs. The green led is flashing when sound is coming from the instruments but I cant hear anything from input b.
Im a beginner and I have a hard time finding any useful information about this issue.
What should I look for when troubleshooting?

Set a thru machine on one of your tracks.
Then set INAB on B
Place a trig on TRIG 1
Press play
Check p.117 of the user manual
