Octatrack midi part issue

Hello guys, quite new to Octa
Iam currently using techno template from Ezbot and decided to sequence my Syntakt and Mono Station from Octa
Is there any way to turn off part change for midi since i want to use all the other FX?
Any tips? Thanks

No. If you need a part change, and want to keep midi settings, copy/paste them on the second part.
(You can copy tracks and all their settings / trigs, in Grid Recording mode, or copy pages like SRC/NOTE SETUP)

That sucks for me
Well time to buy another sequencer I guess

Or modify your templates, or avoid part changes in a song…

If only newer machines had kit system like Machinedrum… Problem even wouldnt occur

? Parts can be compared to kits.

The thing is
On Syntakt when you mangle your sound and switch to next pattern of a song it will do a “jump” (Iam working on a liveset)
I want to avoid these jumps via sequencing it with Octatrack but now I cant use all the other effects from the template
Maybe arranger will solve the issue, looks same like on MD

But you want a part change to change fx, without changing midi settings, that’s it ?

Parts are assigned to patterns.
Arranger wouldn’t solve it. And it would be the same problem with MD.
