hi everybody, cant find an answer…
i would control my modular system sending midi track from the ot to a midi-cv converter(vermona qmi2).
but in my setup the midi out of the ot goes to the souncard, and the midi out of the souncard go to the ot, so the midi thru of ot go to the modula.
at this point i can send from my daw (soundcard, ot midi in, ot midi thru). my patten.
as my midi cv in my modular can handle 4 differnt midi track, i would use 2 from the daw and 2 from the ot, and here comes the problem, i cant send the midi sequence via ot midi thru…
is it posible .,.,.,., how.
ps. i dont want to use midi split as i thought not stable.

I would try midi splitter. I never had any problems with it. Look for another solution when problems appear.
Choose one with extra power supply.

you need to have a track in the daw set to receive midi from the OT, enable thru on that daw track which will then send it on
send midi from other daw track out to midi in on OT and that will also pass voa OT thru to the modular
computers/daw are very good as thru boxes
alternative is get a kenton thru box and have the pc out going into the thru box, then one out of the box to modular and one to OT
