Octatrack letting external CC pass through to MIDI out

Is there any way to route CC through the octatrack to MIDI out. Analog Keys and Four does this but it seems i need to send CC thru on THRU and then merge the signals

Have you tried setting a channel on a midi track?

CC DIRECT CONNECT ON will, when the Octatrack MIDI mode is activated, route MIDI CC messages straight to the MIDI output port.

meaning the yellow MIDI lamp needs to be lit?

Yep. I think you can’t send incoming midi In to midi Out if you are not in Midi mode.
Need to be tested.

Midi tracks can’t receive midi data if they share their channel number with an audio track, except with autochannel.

Thru always mirrors what comes In.
