Octatrack died/crashed. Only a white screen and no lights. help

Hallo,

A few days ago i noticed that the octatrack was buggy. Pixel crash and the music was still playing. Then i restarted it and it worked again. But now today i had it again and rebooted it and well it is not rebooting at all.

Just a white screen and no startup menu. I tried to reboot it with Function on and also not working. Also with usb nothing works. And without flashcard nothing is working.

There are no lights at all on the octa that are lighting up, just a white screen.

It worked fine for 4 months…

Im jusing a UDMA compact flash 64 gb

Please help…

EDIT: I can reboot now while holding Function. If i do the test everything works. But after a few seconds my screen is freezing and pixels are falling down…

This is definitely a support issue. Contact Elektron.se and open a support ticket. It might be worth trying it with a different CF card but it sounds like a more fundamental problem.

Thank you, my OT had a white screen of death and now it lives (some connector must have been loose I guess).
