Octatrack as MIDI Controller

Hi there,

I simply want to use page Ctrl1/Ctrl2 of each Octatrack MIDI track, to control
external 4 external synths on 4 different midi channels.

My Ctrl1/Ctrl2 page shows cc1…cc6 all OFF and can’t figure out how to switch on.

I’m sure it is a uber-discussed topic but can’t find anything really going to the point.
Any suggestion as much as tutorial, forum thread, manual page etc…is highly appreciated!

You set the cc’s in ctrl setup, then back on ctrl main hold function and press an encoder to enable it…

Mark 1 manual, pages 116-117:
In the Ctrl1 Setup page, choose which MIDI CC is to be sent then press the knob or [ENTER/YES].

Then on the Ctrl1 page, hold [FUNCTION] and press the relevant knobby to activate, then set the desired value.

Thanks so much, that’s pretty rad.
I’ve also noticed that my parts shows MIDI Ch:—,
this need to be setup in the Ctrl1 Setup Page too?

Note setup page, select channel and press enter/yes…

that’s great as usual everything related to the OT.
Last question I can’t find a proper solution is: how can I configure buttons from I to P to send toggle/button MIDI cc?
Is tha impossible?
