That is awesome, yes I just need to be able to fade in a new pattern and, as long as I am able to fade out properly a few pads I’m good to go. Is there somewhere a written version of the crossfader trick? Otherwise I’ll go through the videos. Thanks!

I was wondering if there is a way to make the recording buffer longer than 64 steps. If the transition trick restarts at the end of every 64 steps then I have to find another way. Perhaps the thru machines you were talking about
You can set the recording buffer length in memory config, then if you set RLEN in rec1 setup to max it will record for the duration set in memory config.
Also to avoid clicks you can use FIN/FOUT in rec2 setup.
