I made this before @Abhoth made a Megabreak mode for Octachainer, so I’d recommend to do it with it. Well if you insist, I can help if you seriously begin to try it.

And…since realised that you can switch slots synced by an lfo, I’d rather use that method to switch loops (no Megabreak matrix needed)
More obvious at the end of the video with dnb loops…

Sure, but I’m not clear how you’d get from that to arranging sets of break slices per pad and changing the break on the fly, as with the mega breakbeat on Octa?

Easier with DT, no need for megabreak. Create linear locks for sliced loop, change slots…
Done.
(Use same length and tempo for all loops).

DTog has 128 slots/project, DT2 has 8x128 slots/project… thats why they’ve gone with nrpn instead of cc to control sample slot on DT2, CC just doesnt provide enough available values unfortunately!
