No contact usb a little faulty, or on an overloaded hub?
With a little luck it is an original non-functional firware before updating,
it happens on some products.
If it is up to date and the usb plug is perfectly normal,
either send it back, sell it to AFX or keep it as a crazy glitch machine.
Yeah it’s still the same after updating in that video, there’s just glitching on every pad, it’s like never ending noisy feedback. Can’t believe I took 2 days off to play with this and now i’ll have to send it back. It’s brand new factory sealed I just plugged it in and instant glitch… annoying I’ll have to call the shop tomorrow.
I’m just hoping they’ll exchange it without any messing about I literally just opened the box 2 hours ago.
I’ll call them tomorrow and see what they say.
