After finishing ‘Notions of Space’ I wanted to re-visit the same samples but go in a different direction - I abstained from using any of the kalimba hits, so this was made using only the spoken word sample, sine and saw wave samples, and a handful of drum one-shots
After I had the main set of patterns and scenes assembled, I was having some problems tying the arrangement together in a satisfying way until I tried some slightly new ideas for working with scenes - this approach is used to do the interludes at 4:04, 6:43, and 8:54
