so lm thinking about getting my feet with one of these and lm wonderinf if its possible to have different note length per step? pretty new to Elektron gear so lm not very familiar with what products really do what.
I have a Machinedrum and its sick. Hoping these two would play well together.
MD and MNM are made for each other. It’s a lovely combo.
Yes, you can set different note lengths on any step. You can achieve this by adjusting the amp envelope parameters. The MNM isn’t a typical ADSR envelope, it has attack, hold, decay, release. For adjusting note length, your best bet is to change the hold time.
Depends on what you mean by different not lengths per step. If you mean can a 16 step sequence have 16 notes each of varying length, that would be a no.
