Hi, I just started learning how to use my analog keys. I watched a sequencer tutorial by coocoo on youtube and saw that he had four or five banks full of sounds. One of the banks was full of just drum sounds. My analog keys only came with sounds in the first two banks. I bought an open box from musicians friend and I am wondering if the keys usually comes with more factory sounds programmed into it. Also, how would I go about adding drum sounds? Thank you.
IIRC with factory reset you have 2 banks, 256 sounds or something.
I think there is at least 1 free drum pack.
Install it sending sysex to the A4/AK with C6 soft.
You can make drum kits with the soundpool and Multi Map, play up to 128 sounds with the keyboard (there’s a good @cuckoomusic Multi Map tutorial). These sounds can be recorded as soundlocks.
I bought @taro great drum packs. I didn’t check others.
