Sometimes, depending on the sounds I’m making, when I turn the volume knob the M:Cycles makes some noise – is it normal?

Apparently, the noise is more pronounced through the headphones out:
Having the same issue with Cycles and Analog Four… Did you investigate?

Hey, unfortunately not, the issue still occurs…
Elektron replied to me saying if it isn’t horrible is probably normal. Others say the encoder could get some dust so has to be cleaned with a spray for this purpose. Otherwise Elektron is happy to see a video from you, could send a link on WeTransfer or something. It does occur with my A4 and Digitakt too. Since it isn’t critical, I am fine with it, will try that spray.
Mine does that through the headphone out. I think its normal, especially considering the pricepoint.
