I just bought a second hand octatrack yesterday. I updated the OS and everything was working as normal.
This morning I’ve turned it on, and the AB lights are permanently orange, the CD lights are permanently yellow. The main out and headphone out are not sending any audio signal. The sequencer and midi clock and everything else seemingly runs as per normal.
Has anyone had similar issues? /is the audio card (or something equivalent) cooked?
A little bit heartbreaking 
Update: All settings in test mode are correct (D/SRAM *, the rest all okay). Have tried empty resetting, which makes the lights go away until i reload an older project. Still plays no sound.
OT MKI or MKII ? Which OS did you install ?
Did you try with new projects ?
Hey @sezare56, sorry It’s an OT MKI with OS1.30C. I’ve tried new sets, new projects, formatting the card, loading new samples, etc. all to no avail Again sometime the lights go away (but eventually come back), but still can’t get any audio.
If you can return it I’d try to downgrade to 1.25H or 1.25E to test.
What was previous OS ?
Have you tried a new set and project directly after the empty reset?
