'No Set Mounted' Issue When Exiting From USB DISK MODE

After a backup via USB, I just exited USB DISK MODE, without having changed anything whatsoever… and the LCD now reads ‘No Set Mounted’. I had 3 sets on the card. Now, on the OT menu, I go to ‘change set’, and I can see that there are only 2 sets currently available. The set I was within while in USB DISK MODE is now not recognised.

I again go into USB DISK MODE to check I’m not going mad, and I see that yes, the set in question is still visible and intact on the card. But still the OT itself will not recognise it when in standalone mode.

This is the second time this has happened. Any folks experienced this?

Help appreciated.

a) Could be a card issue

b) Could be illegal (non-UTF8) characters in the set name.

Cheers for the input, Rusty.

Card issue perhaps… maybe I’ll do a format.

I have remedied it in the mean time by moving the projects within the erroneous set folder into one of the other set folders and they now work okay. Phew!

That sounds like a card read error then? Assuming that no illegal characters; and that you had a properly structered Set folder; which of course you did

Sorry, I didn’t answer that. Indeed. All was in order.

I’d go with a card issue then…

I had the same issue, and in my case I had renamed my root audio directory. Switching it back restored everything.
