I guess not.

There are only 120 available MIDI CC messages, after all, and so many other parameters on the AF. You’re going to have to use NRPN.

You can set the AR to send MIDI NRPN messages instead of MIDI CC messages. I don’t know how easy it would be to map the controls so that you could easily control the AF parameters that you want.

The MD and MM do not send NRPN.
