No cue-animation when changing pattern via MIDI PC message

Hi

So I just noticed that when I change pattern via a MIDI Program Change message that the cue-animation that is shown when I change patterns directly on the Model:Samples is not shown.

Is there a reason for this? A setting I can turn on? The cue-animation is great. I switch patterns with my feet using a Morningstar MC8 and being able to glance at the screen of the Model:Samples to see that the message was received and know that when the pattern finishes, the change will occur is great.

Never noticed that, and I’m pretty sure there’s no setting to change it.

Sounds like a perfectly reasonable thing to ask them to fix though
