At least, your GAS makes some kind of sense. Mine seems inversely proportional to my music making.

No way! Our gear purchases really seem to be almost identical. I got the OT in summer 2019 too as my first Elektron device and got few more Elektron boxes in the following couple of months.
In my case the OT and MnM are clearly the ones I feel most connected to and will continue to devote time to learn them as much as I can.
I’m not sure if it’s possible to put intense attention into learning more than 2-3 instruments at a time. Luckily even in one year it’s possible to make some incredible progress with one piece of gear. That will be my plan, mainly focusing on the OT and occasionally switching to MnM and MD.

I must confess I really want the Faderfox PC12 for my OT. I will not get it before 2023 no matter what but will however point out that this feels very annoying, not the fact that I cannot have it but that I want something new only after a month of this challenge.
Your building work is a great answer. Much like Dave Smith or Robert Moog. I bet they never had gas because they were too busy building new stuff. Think others should take note here.

You know, I’d like to be resinstated, cos I have NO GAS at all. I have DN+OT+my effects, and I don’t want anything else.
My small sin (buying an M:C) came on the back of selling A4+Collider+ND3P. I mean, that is a net decrease, right? So yeah, because I am still committed to deep, not wide, still learning stuff, still not GASsing, I’d like to be back on the bus, please?

I have sinned. I thought I would be able to grandfather in a miniKorg 700FS by pre-ordering it last year. But I had to change my order to a different dealer that actually has them in stock, so the purchase goes on this year’s ledger. I’m still in for the rest of the year, whether I’m still qualified or not. Keep up the good work, everyone!
