Newbie - Quick Question

Hey

How do you reset a tracks parameters? Say I loaded a sample, mangled it with the lfo design but then want to reset the sample back to its default sound - is there a short cut for this? If i replace the sample it still keeps the lfo parameters.

(i have checked the manual - honestly!)

Also - is there a general undo command?

Cheers

LFO + Play (Clear)

I don’t know if you can do that for a single track. I’ve started using Parts for this kind of thing. For example, I load a sample, make some trigs… adjust some parameters, lfos, etc. When I like it, I save the part, maybe name it so I can remember what it is. Then, if I do further tweaking I can just reload the part with [FUNCTION]+[CUE]. Of course, this reloads all parameters for all tracks. It works just like the reload kit button combo on the Machinedrum.

Ahh… what venyusz said: [LFO]+[PLAY]

I guess param button + REC/PLAY/STOP does copy/clear/paste for parameter pages. Cool!

Cheers guys…Will look into both suggestions…

btw regarding Parts - guess i could get into the habit of creating a new part with every sample (with default settings) and refer back to that if things start getting messy…

good habit till you get your flow

there’s also scenes for ‘resetting’ !

indeed…plus one more…the are many things to obtain many other in so many different ways…
