Anyhow, after i start a new project and make a bunch of changes to parameters, effects, etc. is there a way to clear everything back to a fresh template?

To be more clear, the Parts are still assigned to each pattern, and the sounds are still assigned to each audio track, etc.
If you want to swipe everything away you could just create a new project and delete this one? You can also jump to a new bank.
If you don’t save nothing in it and reload it (or jump to a new bank), it will still keep machines and the samples slots list.

Banks contain parts. Unless you’ve used every bank in the project, just switch banks. If you have used every bank then yes start a new project EZ PZ

Thanks, yeah I’m experimenting with banks. So far so good.
I also change banks to experiment different things.
You can clear a part, clear pattern.
Other approach : make a defauft template, save it, reload for fresh settings. Save As New if you want to keep your work in another project (in order to keep original template).
