New Track with A4 and Ableton - Housy

would be great to hear some feedback :slight_smile: Both basslines are from the A4

This is not my genre at all so I don’t have any reference points but I’ll give you my perspective any way.

I feel transported in time to when I was 14 and loved to play out run on arcade for hours straight. The music is soothing and I feel like a breeze of cool air. Dancing barefoot in sand!

However, I struggle a little bit with the basslines that are a bit aggresive on occasion compared to the other sounds. For me, that makes it hard to completely relax into the whole vibe.

Also, maybe your track could benefit from some more compression so it all sits together better? To my ears there are lots of parts but no coherent stream of sound so to speak.

You´re right with the mixing. I´m not a professional but i will learn :wink:
I also know what you mean to relax with the smooth leadsounds and the hard bassline. But i like the cooperation between these sound.
