depends on a lot of factors! how big will the case be? what is your budget? do you plan to have mostly analog modules, digital, combination of both? where are you located? (some options are easier to get depending on where you are in the world).
have a look at this video from Mylar Melodies if you haven’t already
Eurorack Power 101
Also go to Modulargrid and plan out your rack to see what the power requirements are. Modulargrid
Well maybe 9u or 12.
I’m located in EU and I’m thinking combination of both analog and digital .
I will take a look many thanks
If you want something solid, I would like to recommend MDLR/KonstantLabs “PWR”.
Super easy to install, absolutely quiet and has enough to power to juice anything you install.
Can do 6U easily, for 9U / 12 U you might want to upgrade to two of these.
~250Euros.
it´s not CHEAP, but please please please do not save on the wrong end… a good PSU is more important than anything else.
Or maybe look at the KOMA Elektronik “Strom” solution (not the ‘mobile’ one, the regular) if you want something you can expand as your case(s) grow.

Good advice to not skimp on a well-made power supply. But, if 250 euro for a power supply gave you any hesitation, be prepared for a long run of trying to figure out what you can live without, selling all your worldly possessions to fund the next module. It’s fun, but best to take your time, start small and build from there.
