Thinking about the NL4 virals and listening to the sound my guess would be a Nord Wave 2. :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

It has an OLED kind of display (largest to be found on any Nord) and it definitely has keys.

Could be interesting as it points to something more synthetic, less traditional.

Interesting. Hopefully it is a Wave 2 or Modular G3! Agree that the screen size, sounds and knobs provide some support to it being a synth. However, if those are sliders to the left of the screen it may just be a new Nord Electro :-1:

Iā€™d like a red drum synth with sampling capabilities and x0x sequencing plz.

Maybe something building off the A1,as that seemed transitional, occupying an awkward slot in the product matrix.

Would love to see a sampling A1, like a Wave/A1 hybrid, or yeah, bring on the G3.

i had 3 at 1 time

a roland before roland existed,

a hammond, first model after the tone wheel ones (that did sound big!)

some other thing,

cost me all of $100 for them all

like i want a $3k nord one!!!

Inclined to agree. Maybe they will do a G3 that is a desktop unit, no keys, no rackmount version, just something with a quadrillion teraflops of processing power and a bunch of assignable encoders. Oh, and a few CV inputs!

would be a dreamy thing but i do not have hopes for anything that cool.

stage piano things are important to their bottom line and they do do that well but just doesnā€™t appeal to me.

the nordlead 4 and nord drum 2 are a nice turn back towards synths for clavia.

curious but not holding my breath.
