New Analog Keys owner, looking for what's next

I am looking forward to receiving my Keys in the next week, but I am already thinking about next instrument. I think it is between Rytm and OT. I am more of a rock guy, (actually a guitar player), so I am thinking that the OT would be a good next machine. Any thoughts from other Guitar players/Rock guys in terms of next machine?

I know I am not the “traditional user”, but I just love the build quality and possibilities of these things. The only thing I don’t think I will like is the small screen for my old eyes. I am guessing muscle memory takes over, the more you use it, though.Would the OT put me over the edge with complexity?

Looking forward to wrapping my head around these devices. Any comments would be welcome. So excited!!

congrats, amazing machine and simply the best modern poly/mono

i think you don’t even need a screen after a while

maybe try the analog keys with simpler in ableton - just switch over in blink of an eye to midi mode and use the keys- or possibly with an old rack sampler like a cheap ensoniq
and sample your jams into that

Hard to give advice as your genre is rock, post rock, i guess

what are you looking to do?

+1 to Orwell’s question
You didn’t give us any indication of what you are want to do with these instruments. I would suggest not buying anything else that requires significant investment of your time to learn until you are familiar and comfortable with the AK.
