Neighbor Track Issue

I haven’t used my A4 in a while but I did consult the manual. And also have the latest OS update as of today.

The setup is rather simple.

Track 1 is playing an “Upper part” of a “strings” sound.
Track 2 is playing the “lower part” of a “strings” sound.

Osc 2 on TRACK 2 is set to neighbor.

The audio from track 1 IS playing to track 2 as it should.
however every note is the same note

Of course if I go to track one and play the notes they are fine.
It’s just when the are neighbored together.

Maybe i do not understand completely what you’re asking…and why each different note you play it’s the same…triggered by the sequencer? trigged by minikey?
I presume by the minikey…

So I answer following this presumption…
If your needing is to trigger the two Tracks having both the same note played, then you need to let those track to be triggered whatever you’re playing on T1 active or T2 active…
To do so, you go in POLY CONF. and activate those two setting and also activating Unison and Use Trk Sounds.

This way, whichever Track is selected, you play a note and the associated Track follows.

But maybe Im completely missing your point…
