Neighbor FX

Hello, i downloaded X12 for my SPS1 mk1. And i can’t comprehend neighbor FX. If i place it, it seems to do absolutly nothing on any sound from the 2 previous channels. Am i missing a volume parameter for the FX ?

I’m sorry if there’s already a topic, i couldn’t find it.
