1- I wonder if it’s a way to plock on all tracks at the same time ? as a kind of control all as on the MD ?
In other ways I can copy the trig but it will copy keys and I do not want this to copy the note played (key)

there isn’t. One thing I often do to affect all tracks at once is to make a performance macro with the parameter I want to affect dialed in for all 4 tracks. I usually have ableton or logic running alongside the A4 sequencer and I use a midi track or automate the overbridge plugin to control the performance macro over the steps which I want to be plocked.

yeah, he’s holding down function and pressing the right and left arrows which will shift the pattern if you’re in grid record mode. if you have a short sequence like the one he’s using (looks like 8 steps) then it can sound like the sequence is restarting.
