Unfortunately, I have not been very lucky with Elektron gears.
I have recently sent my brand new Analog Rytm mk2 to get repaired and unfortunately, I am now experiencing problems with my Analog Four MK2.
The problem is that when I build a sequence from scratch I can play it for a few minutes or seconds and all of sudden it mutes itself but when I play the Analog Four mk2 keyboard the sounds are there so I restart the machine and I play again the sequence and it plays back for a few seconds and mute again, I have tried to reset it from factory but it does not help so it is very annoying because I can not trust it on live situation, I was considering buying the Octatrack MK2 but now I am concerned about it because my experience with Elektron gears hasn’t been great.
I have updated the latest OS but I still get this problem, does anyone know how I can get this problem fixed?
Please let me know if there is a way to fix it without having to post it to Sweden
