Mute/Unmute Trigs with Scenes on the OT. Is this possible?

playing around on my OT lately; it was about time. After 5 years in the box i just simply HAD to put it out again :slight_smile: Im a bit rusted when it comes to all the tricks and lowdowns on it, so … could you guys help me out with a quick question?

Can i mute and unmute trigs with the Scenes? I tried it, but i cannot select a trig while holding the scene button and while im in grid recording mode. Is this even possible?

Also, another short question: Is it normal, that parameter locks are entered trig by trig only? I was holding several trigs at once, changing values, but only the first trig i held received the changes. the others havent. Is this a normal behaviour on the OT?

For muting trigs with Scene, you can plock the Amp level for the trigs you don’t want to mute.

And you can’t plock several trigs at the same time.

aahh, thats a good idea. so i literally plock the steps that are always there and on the scene i have the whole track muted. now i fade them in with another scene that blends them in. thanks for that hint mate! will try this out on the weekend when i have some time again.

and also - thanks for telling me that my OT isnt malfunctioning :smiley: you get so used to how the recent machines behave that you have some trouble when you go back from time to time :wink:
