Towards the end the above vid brings up the “blackadder” chord which he also calls the suspense chord.
This one analyzed some songs using blackadder
It’s kinda adorable that these younger peeps were so mystified by this chord and made up a name for it. To me it sounds like an altered dominant chord. I’ve heard this chord in songs by Steely Dan, Michael McDonald/Doobie Brothers, big band jazz ensembles, etc.
