This picture just reminded me of something that happened probably 25 years ago. I had just gotten off of work and was walking past Wrigley Field (the best baseball stadium in the world) on my way to the Red Line in Chicago.
It was a sunny summer day but I saw the sidewalk in front of me was all wet. I didn’t think much of it, but then I felt a few drops on my shoulders as I heard a loud swooshing sound. This was followed by what sounded like a waterfall. I turned around to see that it was indeed a waterfall coming over the top deck of Wrigley. Luckily that downpour missed me by maybe 15 feet. However, the woman walking behind me was not so lucky. She was completely drenched from head to toe from the dirty water the machines used to clean the floors.
For those unfamiliar with Chicago or Wrigley Field, the stadium is just right in the middle of a neighborhood, not surrounded by a massive sea of parking like most. So walking past on the sidewalk , you are right next to the structure.
