I love when people are negotiating and ask what is the least you’ll take for the deal. It lets you know you are not dealing with a serious person. Anytime someone tries that on me, I just start making fun of them until they give up, because exactly zero people who have said that have closed a deal.
This is good too. Maybe next time I’ll send them to my crazy neighbor’s house.
