The sentence is a mix of literal traduction from French and strange punctuation, it doesn’t help.
“Let’s tell him we’re about to sell all his Elektron machines” was more or less the intended sentence, I believe.

To “sell him his” was confusing to me bc it would imply that they wanted not only to sell his elektrons but also to sell them back to him again at the same time… dunno… it was a possibility to be more layered and even funnier to me but it’s funny as is
