I absolutely agree. It took a lot to make the minimoog look tacky, but they succeeded. Painting over beautiful wood is a travesty, so I’d like to think this one is made out of plywood or mdf instead of cherry

Red is the absolute worst color for anything other than a guitar. I don’t understand the reasoning. Not that I was going to buy one but still.

I think the red is part of the tribute to Rush (which I know less than little about).

I prefer the woody ones but am glad it’s reissued again.
