Monitor only one of the input pairs?

I have 1 synth going into A and another into B. And both are triggered on the same MIDI channel so they play at the same time. But the mixer only allows me to turn up the direct mix for both. Is it possible to separate them so that I don’t hear B but only A?

You either have to use a THRU machine on one of your tracks, or use a splitter cable that splits the mono cable into stereo. Unfortunately in order to sum the channels you have to sacrifice a track! There IS a, “workaround” that involves sampling both synths one at a time and summing the channels using the editor on the sample page, but then you would be limited to what you sampled.

You can
Set AB, A, B, A+B in Thru Playback page
Use A and C inputs, set them as you like with Gain in Thru Playback page.
There are monitoring setting for Pickups, in Rec Setup 2 page.
Use recorders, AB, A, B, A+B settings, real time playback with Flex.
