Summer in Europe is over, Marcel is getting ready to release OS 13!
Changes:
- improves synchronisation when slaved to an external clock source
- makes it possible to enable/disable instrument tracks using Midi notes or controllers [CC#95 or C-0 to B-0]
- adds a Global accent level [ACC+VALUE]
- enables longer bars, with more than 16 steps per bar
- introduces bassline models!
The last feature is taking it into Perkons territory 
The DR-2 has been extended with 4 new synthesis models for creating basslines:
- SAW SYNTH: a simple bassline synthesizer model based on a sawtooth oscillator
- SQU SYNTH: same, but based on a square wave oscillator
- SIN SYNTH: based on a sine wave oscillator
- FM SYNTH: a simple 2-operator FM synthesizer

Itās great that he didnāt stick to saw and square VA models. I found the sin model to work really well in his demo.

I guess it will go live soon since the video and the webpage are ready to go.
One thing I really want to see on DR-2 -> LFO or LFOs to apply to synthesis parameters, to move it all a bit into experimental / idm territory.
And Marcel planned implement it, at least it was discussed few times and he told itās possible and probably will be done soon. What a pity itās not included to the list of new things : (
