Model:Samples as Dedicated Audio Interface?

Hi

Im really intrested in the Model:Samples but also need a audio interface for my daw to run a pair of monitors

So im just wondering if i can kill 2 birds with one stone and use the Model Samples as a audio interface

I dont need any inputs or outputs as i dont have any other gear only a midi keyboard

I have no idea. I’d say its decent.
it’s no Apogee, but Id wager it sounds fine.

Its only for a home studio nothing major so i guess it would be ok

I had a Audient ID22 before sounded great but sold it because i dont need the inputs or outputs so it was a bit of a waste

What would u guys say the Samples audio would be comparable to if i was to buy a audio interface?

Just an FYI if you’re on Windows it doesn’t have an asio driver from what I remember. I returned mine for this reason as I experienced a lot of drop outs and latency. I’m not sure if this has been resolved or not.

Oh well im running a Hackintosh but was thinking of switching over to windows
