Honestly, I think even just the two Models are too much for a coffee shop. One of them is all right.

i’ve used one of the models with a pair of IEM’s in public plenty, got a usb power cable and a battery, all you need is the 1/4" adapter for your earbuds.
pretty inconspicuous, it’s obviously some kind of music device and as long as you’re not practice your finger drumming you’ll be quieter than any laptop in a cafe/coffee shop. everything fits in most bags, very lowkey, don’t even need a power plug.
more than one? yeah that’s maybe a bit much.
oh also PLEASE set your volume with the internal headphone max volume and keep it quiet so you don’t blow your ears out on accident (from experience)

MyVolts makes this very handy passive mixer with five 1/8 TRS ins and a single 1/8 TRS out.
I use it to combine an M:S and Circuit Mono Station and plug my headphones into the out with no issue.
