I’m experiencing the same issue reported by others and haven’t been able to resolve it.
I’ve replaced the internal battery, tried a different SD card, and cleaned the contacts. After cleaning, the unit works for a short time but then freezes again unexpectedly.
I’ve also tried powering it on without the SD card installed, and it still freezes.
Test mode reports everything as OK, however the unit freezes as well.
I’ve already opened a support ticket with Elektron but haven’t received a response yet.
I’m using the original power supply.
