It’s not a problem. Only hotels and retail stores use AC. Those that have it use it only when sleeping or dire emergencies. It’s too expensive.
I put AC in my house, set it to 74F, and next month I got an 800$ electric bill.
(I don’t have a solar system yet. That’s next, but our fearless leader took away the tax credit for it)

I’ve never had just cheese but some places did like a scramble bowl which was biscuits and gravy with eggs and cheese and usually bacon or sausage. Genuinely one of my favorite foods.
