MIDI note offset problem?

Using MIDI monitor I noticed that notes sent are one less than what the octatrack displays on screen. My Sherman Filter bank need a c4 note, but I have to tell the OT to send c#4.

I made a new set, new project, made sure the arp is off. I don’t think my interface (unitor 8) is doing anything, but… trying to narrow this down.

Check the transpose in the arp screen, that has caught me out a few times. The arp doesn’t have to be on for the transposition to be enabled.
